Tasha Judson
Since 1999, Tasha has offered Hatha Yoga in the Berkshires, Massachusetts. Her classes combine breath based movement, mindful alignment within poses, and intelligent sequencing to support the optimal unfolding of each individual.
Anne O'Connor
Anne completed her teacher training with Patricia Walden in Boston and earned her certification as an Intro I/II Iyengar Yoga teacher in 2016.
Ingrid Van Niekerk
Trained as a Kripalu Yoga teacher, her teaching focuses on building a healthier life both in mind and body on and off the mat.
Sylvia Logan
Sylvia has brought her love of movement to the yoga mat. A life-long dancer, she is interested in exploring the different ways one can combine alignment-based asanas into a fluid sequence that pushes the boundaries of functional mobility.
Monica Endres
Monica completed her Anusara Yoga Teacher Training at Tasha Yoga in 2010. She is also a Reiki Master and teaches yoga, art and mindfulness at Pine Cobble School.
Shanti Pillai
Shanti loves Hatha Yoga because it creates a stable physical and psychological base for everyday activities and meditation. She works as a faculty member in the Department of Theatre at Williams College. Shanti is a licensed Anusara Yoga Elements Teacher, working towards her 300-Hour at Tasha Yoga.
John Durnin
John teaches from his grounded presence as a long term, dedicated student and practitioner at Tasha Yoga. He completed his Anusara Yoga 200-Hour Teacher Training at Tasha Yoga in 2010. John's professional background as an engineer informs his deep understanding of anatomy and biomechanics.
Nicole Methot
Nicole Methot is a Licensed Massage Therapist at Williamstown Wellness. She has been leading MELT workshops since 2004.
