Entering the Heart of Shiva (EHS) is the foundational course of study in Blue Throat Yoga. It invites students into a profound process of understanding the deeper elements of Sādhanā, or spiritual practice, through the study of the ancient, time-honored texts, practices, and teachings of the Śākta-Śaiva Tantric tradition. This transformative course is designed to enliven and uplift your experience of life from the inside out.

The new format of EHS makes it more accessible to students all over the world. EHS now consists of three shorter courses, each organized around a broad theme:

• The Light of the Heart
• The Language of the Heart
• The Wisdom of the Heart

Students can register for any of the courses in any order, or can take any one as a stand-alone course. However, students must complete all three to qualify for advanced course enrollment with Blue Throat Yoga. Students who complete all three courses will receive a powerful introduction to the key elements of the liberative Śākta-Śaiva intellectual tradition.

EHS: Light of the Heart Course Description

The Heart of Consciousness is the source and essence of everything, including our own true nature. In this course, we explore how the Light of Consciousness is described in some of the most profound texts of the Non-dual Śākta-Śaiva Tantra tradition.

Exploration into:

• The nature of the Light of Consciousness
•  Its qualities and values
• How it manifests itself and brings into being all that exists
• The path that reveals that we are that same
• Light of Consciousness

We will also consider the relationship between our Highest and our relative individuality, and how the teachings relate to and are supportive of our own householder path as we move from an everyday state of awareness into the very Heart of Consciousness through profound of Sādhanā.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: 

• Students will receive a 100% refund minus a $25 admin fee if their registration is cancelled by XXX, 2026. 
• Registration cancelled after January 30th and before XXX will receive a 50% refund.
• Any registration cancelled after XXX will be receive a credit with Blue Throat Yoga rather than a refund.
