This is the first of two days of instruction, meeting for 1 Hour plus an additional individual time of 1 Hour on the same day.  In addition, you will be attending Day 2, scheduled separately, to complete your process of formal instruction into Neelakantha Meditation.

Individual Personal Instruction in Neelakantha Meditation as taught in Blue Throat Yoga.   Neelakantha Meditation is an easeful practice of deep meditation that works with the nature of the mind and body, making it natural and effortless.  This meditation practice is intended for householders active in the world to rest back deeply.  There we discover the support of wholeness that emerges then into creativity, intelligence and love expressed increasingly at the surface of life.
