Our Chair Yoga class offers a gentle yet effective way to stretch, strengthen, and relax—no floor work required! Perfect for beginners, seniors, or anyone seeking a low-impact practice, this class adapts traditional yoga poses to be performed while seated or using a chair for support. Each session focuses on improving flexibility, enhancing posture, increasing mobility, and reducing stress. With a combination of deep breathing techniques, mindful movement, and relaxation, you’ll leave feeling rejuvenated and centered. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or just want to improve your overall well-being, this class is a safe and accessible way to experience the benefits of yoga. All levels are welcome!

This class is offered as a series Mondays and Fridays 11am for one hour, September 10-26, 2025. Drop-ins as space allows.  Limited to 8 participants per class. 

Location is Tasha Yoga Studio, 20 Spring Street in Williamstown, MA.  

As available, street parking is permitted for 1 hour in front of the studio.  Additional parking is available in the public lot at the end of street.
