MELT is a wonderful self-care technique using a soft foam roller and kit of small balls to massage and release your connective tissue! It feels amazing, is VERY accessible to learn and can help reduce tension, increase relaxation and calm the nervous system.

It is wonderful for overall mental and physical stress but also for chronic injuries, imbalance in the body and even general assessment to help you focus on the best treatment plan for YOU!

Appropriate for ALL levels.


All equipment is available at the studio for use in class.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring (or borrow) a yoga mat.
