MELT Workshops are back!
Join Nicole to refine your MELT techniques and explore more advanced moves using the soft foam roller. Great for anyone with some previous MELT experience and knowledge, but all welcome. Limited to 10 in person students. Participants should be able to get on and off the roller and follow along at the faster pace.
This amazing foam rolling, self-care technique reduces soreness and tension while hydrating your connective tissue and giving yourself a massage. The MELT Method calms your nervous system, helps create balance and aids in recovery after activity. Just a few minutes a day will get you on track to FEELING BETTER!
