Step into your body with awareness. Coordinating breath and movement we enliven circulation at all levels of our being.  As well, we explore the vibrancy of holding poses to improve flexibility, balance and strength with increasing skill. This class is best suited for those with basic fitness,  free from injuries causing limited movement.
